V-TEC SERVICES ONCE AGAIN NAMED AAA TOP SHOP

MISSOULA, MT- May 2008– Randy Mineer owner of V-Tec Services in Missoula has received the AAA Top Shop 5 Star Award for doing an exemplary job in meeting the automotive service needs of customers. Mineer was awarded with a special plaque for winning the Top Shop award for at least 5 consecutive years.

AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities from all over Montana, Alaska and Wyoming competed for this award.  The Top Shop 5 Star Award is the highest award possible and V-Tec Services was one of only 7 facilities to earn this prestigious designation.

V-Tec Services was named the AAA Top Shop based on its consistent record of exceeding AAR requirements, number of ASE certificates held by its technicians, level of participation in the AAR program and overall customer satisfaction.  

All shops designated as AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities must meet AAA’s stringent standards including passing a site inspection, having up to date equipment and ASE certified technicians.  Facilities must have a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating and a good reputation with local government and consumer agencies.  Adequate insurance coverage and financial stability are also considered.

While all AAR shops do an outstanding job, Top Shop award recognize the best of the best. The employees at V-Tec Services consistently deliver outstanding repair and customer service.
