ONCE AGAIN NAMED AAA TOP SHOPS
Kalispell, MT, May 2008– Don Kalschmidt owner of Don K Chevrolet in Whitefish; Loren Sallee owner of Loren’s Repair in Kalispell; and Greg Scarff, owner of Scarff Auto Center have received the AAA Top Shop 5 Star Award for doing an exemplary job in meeting the automotive service needs of customers. Kalschmidt, Sallee, and Scarff were awarded with a special plaque for winning the Top Shop award for at least 5 consecutive years.
AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities from all over Montana, Alaska and Wyoming competed for this award. The Top Shop 5 Star Award is the highest award possible and Don K Chevrolet, Loren’s Repair and Scarff Auto Center were three of only 7 facilities to earn this prestigious designation.
The two shops were named the AAA Top Shop based on its consistent record of exceeding AAR requirements, number of ASE certificates held by its technicians, level of participation in the AAR program and overall customer satisfaction.
All shops designated as AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities must meet AAA’s stringent standards including passing a site inspection, having up to date equipment and ASE certified technicians. Facilities must have a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating and a good reputation with local government and consumer agencies. Adequate insurance coverage and financial stability are also considered.
While all AAR shops do an outstanding job, Top Shop award recognize the best of the best. The employees at Don K Chevrolet, Loren’s Repair and Scarff Auto Center consistently deliver outstanding repair and customer service.
