ACCURATE IMPORT AND CALL’S REPAIR ONCE AGAIN NAMED AAA TOP SHOPS

Anchorage, Alaska, May 08– A.J. Chriswell, owner of Accurate Import, and Larry Call owner of Call’s Repair, both in Anchorage have received the AAA Top Shop 5 Star Award for doing an exemplary job in meeting the automotive service needs of customers. Chriswell and Call were awarded with a special plaque for winning the Top Shop award for at least 5 consecutive years.

AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities from all over Montana, Alaska and Wyoming competed for this award.  The Top Shop 5 Star Award is the highest award possible and Accurate Import and Call’s Repair were two of only 7 facilities to earn this prestigious designation.

The two shops were named the AAA Top Shops based on their consistent record of exceeding AAR requirements, number of ASE certificates held by its technicians, level of participation in the AAR program and overall customer satisfaction.  

All shops designated as AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities must meet AAA’s stringent standards including passing a site inspection, having up to date equipment and ASE certified technicians.  Facilities must have a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating and a good reputation with local government and consumer agencies.  Adequate insurance coverage and financial stability are also considered.
