NEW  TRAINING  FACILITY  AND  OPEN  HOUSE

 

AAA invests in new facility for staff, members and Helena Community

Helena, MT (April 4, 2011) – AAA is celebrating its Grand Re-Opening this week in recognition for the Company’s new, state-of-the-art training facility located at its Helena branch at 2100 Eleventh Avenue. The branch will conduct a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, April 5 at 11:00am. The Helena Chamber of Commerce will be present and AAA President/CEO Jim Twardos will be honored with cutting the ribbon.

“We are exceptionally proud of the grand opening of our new training area. We feel that it’s an investment for our staff, members and the Helena community,” said Twardos.

In addition to building a training facility, the AAA MountainWest Headquarters branch remodeled a portion of their building in order to improve member navigation. “The newly remodeled space will allow us to better serve our members and customers,” Twardos added.

AAA is known for its expertise in travel, insurance and over 109 years of roadside assistance for auto travelers. The integrity of the organization begins with the employees’ initial and ongoing training. The inclusion of this space is a sign of AAA’s commitment to its employees and the members we serve.

To further celebrate the grand re-opening, AAA will have an open house this week, April 4 through April 8 at the Headquarters branch in Helena. Members who come to the open house will receive a free gift and will receive up to $10 off when they upgrade their membership. Nonmembers who join during this week will receive a discounted membership offer. AAA will be featuring their new Member Rewards Visa® credit card. Mountain Westours will host an event on Thursday, April 7 from 3:30 to 5:30pm, highlighting a tour to New Orleans. Refreshments will be served as well.

Use of the newly renovated training area will be extended to AAA members and business partners at no charge. This space will be available during regular business hours. The use of the visual aid equipment is also available. Members interested in using this space for meetings, conferencing or training can contact  Terri Lorenz at (406) 447-8119.
