Once you report a claim, the Service Associate will set up a claim file for you and send you a claim form. You must send written proof of loss, including any required information necessary to support the claim, to World Access within 90 days from the date of loss, or as soon after that date as reasonably possible, and in no event, except in the absence of legal capacity, later than one year from the time proof is otherwise required.

Conditions for reimbursement: Membership must be fully paid at the time of the traffic accident; the accident must occur more than 100 miles away from home; the member must be present in the vehicle when the accident occurs; the vehicle must require repairs to make it operable; and covered services must be used and paid for by the member. Reimbursement will not automatically equal $250 for AAA Basic members or $700 for AAA Plus members. The member will be paid only for covered services used and paid for within the coverage period. Reimbursement amounts are subject to change at any time. Approved claims under the program will be paid by check, directly to the member.
