Responsibilities:
Client counseling and sales of airline tickets, tours, cruises, and other travel related items.
Also responsible for completing reservations, follow through on all details, and issuing of appropriate client documentation.
Requirements:
High school degree or GED and formal travel school training.
Minimum one year leisure travel experience with travel sales background.
Must have excellent sales skills with proven sales history; customer service skills; and telephone skills.
Knowledge of Apollo.
Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills and World/US geography knowledge.
Must be a team player.
Work Schedule:
Helena, Montana Position
Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Anchorage, Alaska Position
Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
All other open positions, Part-Time
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, or 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
