Administrative Support. Prepares regular correspondence and general mailings. Assembles and distributes information packets, surveys, and other information. Coordinates production and distribution of provider newsletter. Makes routine phone calls to business partners to gather and disseminate information and other materials.
Record Keeping. Prepares and mails AAR bills and tracks payments. Establishes new and maintains existing service provider and repair facility files. Reviews files for completeness and compliance with accreditation standards.
Member Experience. Communicates with members to discuss feedback about automotive related events. Logs and tracks feedback received through various channels including but not limited to surveys, internet (fuze) and CTS (Comment Tracking System) in accordance with established practices.
Customer Service. Provides quality internal and external customer service to Automotive business partners and internal customers.
Automotive Data Administration. Assures the integrity of data. Produces regular reports compiling financial and member satisfaction data. Tracks member satisfaction and the comment resolution process. Conducts ongoing analysis of data and reports.
Member Relationship Management. Participates in the company vision to continually improve and deepen the relationship with the Member. Embraces the belief that everyone should be an AAA member and Member needs come first. Is expected to promote the Clubs’ products and services across and within business lines.
Club Values. Conducts themselves in accordance with the Club’s shared Values.
Additional Responsibilities. May assist other departments during seasonal workload fluctuations for which appropriate cross training is provided. Performs other tasks as assigned. |
