Prepares monthly general ledger and bank account reconciliations
Enters data into automated accounting system to support all accounting functions
Maintains and monitors purchase order system
Process bimonthly contractor pay run
Requirements:
High school degree or GED.
1-2 years experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting related functions
Experience in Microsoft Office products and automated accounting software.
Must be a team player with the ability to work under deadlines
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
